Product Development & Implementation

a.Lead in efforts to design & develop technologies related to projects/programs for different divisions within the Client
b. Lead various projects (New Product Development, Advance Development) from a technical stand point
i. Monitor / guide / perform in Manufacturing, Testing, Onsite installation (if required) and Maintenance of developmental products
ii. Lead on structured Problem solving
iii. Lead on data collection and data based decision making and documentation
c. Lead the efforts on testing a Prototype or Products for related programs
d. Work with the Engineering and Field team to Create a test plan and support the testing
e. Communicate with the teams (local and international) in identifying the issues and prepare proposals to solve the issues
f. Lead Problem solving on issues that may arise
g. Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status
h. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team

2. Project Management
a. Lead in Project Management activities for executing the projects
b. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
c. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
d. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
e. Prepare presentations and communicate on the current project status on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis to different levels in the organizations
f. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
g. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
h. Report and escalate to management as needed

3. Process development, documentation and process improvement
a. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
