Designation	Accounts Manager
Job Description	To ensure proactive measures for issue resolutions Proactive coordination with various Regional function heads and business head on Accounts closures, training team members and handling issues To ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly accounts To ensure review of timely compliancesunder various statutes, Service tax , TDS,PF,ESIC,PT and LWF To assist/ handle and facilitate internal, statutory Audit Preparation of accounts schedules and MIS on weekly and monthly basis To ensure accuracy in accounting in fixed asset software RBI Reporting (Compliances)
Desired Profile	Having good understanding and hands on experience of Accounts, and Finalization, handling Audits and related coordination and experience in working in an automated environment ( preferably oracle/ Finacle ) Ability to work proactively with people at different levels as also coordinate across various departments Excellent written and verbal communication
