DUTIES:

• Business to Employee (B2E) Portals & Enterprise Digital Transformation solutions with-in the Digital Architecture Group (DAG) .
• DAG provides architectural services to our digital projects/clients apart from championing the Digital Solution center of excellence which works in Web Technologies, Portals, Content and Collocation platforms, Mobile, Cloud, and Analytics.
• This position will report to Practice head - Digital Architecture Group with assignments in digital transformation architecture consulting, project architecture delivery, providing architectural delivery guidance and pre-sales activities.
• Search integration (SharePoint Search | SOLR | Endeca | Elastic Search)
• Document Management Solutions
• Scanning and eSignature Solutions
• Authentication, Authorization, SSO and Identity Management solutions
• Solutions for exposing Business Intelligence BI Dashboards and Reports via portals and apps
• Developing Application and Solution Architecture blocks like Architecture views, and Design specification across Business, Application, Data, Analytics & Infrastructure domains

• Developing Enterprise Architecture blueprints and Assist clients in designing large-scale transformation programs
• Solution/Application architecture experience in IT including at least 2 years of architecting enterprise digital solutions
• Hands-on Experience in defining, and implementing end-to-end Architecture Solutions in Business to Employee (B2E) domain including more than one of below:
• Portal Solution (SharePoint | Office 365 | Liferay | Backbase)
• Mobility Solutions Using native or hybrid approaches
• Enterprise Digitization and productivity solutions
• Intranet Content Publishing Solutions
• Enterprise Social and Collaboration Platform Solutions (Yammer | Jive | Chatter )
