Designation Manager/SR Manager HR Analytics
Job Description
  • Candidate should have experience in "Workday" HRIS, HR Analytics, in HR Shared services division of any large company/MNC.
  • Lead, guide and monitor HR Data Analytics and automation initiatives to support business decisions 
  • Lead identification of quality and improvement initiatives across HR function. 
  • Lead and develop mechanism for enabling business decisions using data insights and driving process improvement and maturity across HR processes 
  • Define framework, methodology and metrics for HRanalytics using existing tools and identify and introduce new tools as relevant to the business needs 
  • Drive discussions with internal stakeholders to understand current needs and potential areas for analytics to support business decisions. 
  • Identify tools and modules required for data analytics
  • Identify areas for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies.
  • Drive Audits and Audit preparations for all HR processes .
  • Competency in leading Change management projects & formulating Business documents.
  • Exceptional analytical, team management (virtual) and communication skills.
