Job Details

• Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, product launch plan, and developing marketing strategies
• Responsible for new Product Introduction and life-cycle management and Sourcing Numbers for respective products 
• Work on enhancing value proposition of the assigned product line
• Work very closely with various business units and technology team, to ensure products designed and developed deliver the business and customer needs.

• Build deep understanding of customer needs from research, data and competitive analysis, purchase funnels, and insights from other business departments 
• Partner with key stakeholders for eg., Sales,IT Customer Services, Operations and Risk to ensure smooth roll out of the 
• Wing to wing management of all products in the portfolio 
• Create new alliance and partnership to enhance product value prop
• Ensure regular audit of key processes and Development and maintenance of Product Collaterals
• Be the FPR for all queries & complaints with regards to the products managed by the product manager 
• Liaison with external agencies to create crisp & clear communication for product collaterals
• Proper tracking of product portfolio spends basis spend category, Vintage & spends behavior

Key skills required:

• Minimum 4.50 years with at least 3 years in a product management role in the related Industry 
• Deep knowledge of credit card industry in India
• Preferred Industry: Financial Services in particular from credit card Industry 
• Graduate in any discipline and MBA (Marketing)
