Designation Branch Manager/Regional Manager
Job Description
  • Ensuring that Service network operate in consonance with the laid-down service guidelines / standards. 
  • Customer satisfaction and action plans to further enhancements. 
  • Ensuring service speed is as per laid terms and guidelines. 
  • Resolution of customer / trade grievances and plan for non-occurrence. 
  • Regular field / market visits.
  • Credit Management & Operational health check for service network. 
  • Ensure optimized network and its efficiency. 
  • Ensuring availability of tools, parts, equipments at the ASCs. 
  • Co-ordinating for training requirements of Service network. 
  • Drive dealer support activities. 
  • Responsibility of reducing non-defect calls. 
  • Manpower Capacity planning for seasonal preparedness. 
  • Drive cost effectiveness/reduction activities (Spare consumption, returns etc). 
  • Close interactions with sales team and extend service support. 
  • Direct handling of FSC/Flagship center operations. 
  • Monitoring other operational overheads. 
  • Implementation / execution of new projects as per HO guidelines.
  • Regular reviews with Area service heads and other support functions.
