Job Description
  • Developing new markets for sales
  • Planning and working towards fulfilling company's growth.
  • Maintaining overall system and streamlining operations.
  • Constantly working towards increasing distribution and market share
  • Controlling and minimizing company expenses.
  • Visiting customers on daily basis and understanding their requirements
  • Doing sales Analysis from various reports and data and implementing useful measures for betterment of sale
  • Keeping an eye on market trends and forecasting the required change in sales strategy
  • Developing model wise sales strategy and grooming team members to better their performance.
  • Implementation of Clinical and Technical Service team members to work precisely delivering service on time.
  • Therapy Discussion with Doctors and Para-Medical Staff to build science based selling pattern.
  • Discussions on advancements made in technology of therapies for Acute Kidney Failure (CRRT) and Chronic Kidney Disease(Hemodialysis)
  • Leasing out Medical - Capital Equipment's for demonstration and initialization of therapies.
  • Work in operation theatre and ICU on MARS Therapy used Post / Pre Liver transplantation. *
