Designation Head/VP/GM/National Manager -Sales
Job Description
  • Relationship building with the major players in the Office Automation & IT business. 
  • To achieve the new service business through the projected verticals and delivery of the same by maintaining the profit margin on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission.
  • Keep ahead of Industries developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Identify potential new service business opportunities in advance to position ourselves.
  • Proper control and utilization of resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Should be thorough in Sales management and Account management processes.
  • To organize training for the team, motivate, undertake joint customer calls.
  • Reporting and forecasting through close monitoring of the new business service activities conducted at the branches, prospect building, execution of deliverables, collation of documents at branches to ensure collection of payments on time.
  • Should maintain / update market information relating to competition / trends to adjust sales / service delivery strategies..
  • Maintain optimum stock levels to avoid cost overruns and reordering on a timely basis.
