Designation Client Relationship Manager
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Originate new liability clients, with a specific focus on INR CA balances, apart from deposits and flow business
  • Ensure smooth/efficient post deal documentation & client on-boarding
  • Ensure post origination processes and documentation is completed on time by liaising with various stake holders
  • Source and grow liabilities for the Bank. Increase client CASA balances and improve the no. of clients actively using Client as one of its major banks for cash management
  • Increase penetration by cross selling cash products / FX.
  • Work with Senior RMs on managing identified existing accounts, including in preparation of briefing notes, sales pitches, etc.
  • Maximize RoRWA. Work towards RWA efficiency initiatives. Achieve reduction in RWA as targeted for RUPs, PUPs, and other clients
  • Effectively manage excess & past dues ensure no instance of unapproved excess
  • Work closely with CDD to ensure timely renewal of CDDs & with the portfolio and OR teams to ensure high quality of portfolio
  • Endeavour for NIL debt provision
  • Assist RM in new client acquisition
  • Grow Priority Sector Lending (PSL) assets
