Designation Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager
Job Description
  • Set measurable quality standards as per international standards for all areas of Service Desk / IT Support function.
  • Ensure that the performance of the IT Service Desk / IT Support is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review means assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the IT Service Desk / IT Support
  • Ensure that an internal audit is adopted to verify that the IT Service Desk / IT Support conforms set quality standards.
  • Analyze data on the effectiveness of the IT Service Desk / IT Support and evaluate where continual improvements of the IT Service Desk / IT Support can be made.
  • This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources.
  • Ensure that all relevant process documents are established and maintained to provide instant access to IT Service Desk / IT Support. Also ensure that such documents are reviewed periodically for any new process changes.
  • Identification of end user training need by ticket trend analysis.

  • Fundamental knowledge related to Application architecture and the various tiers.
  • Good communications skills.
