Job Details

• Develop & implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
• Recruit, train and supervise security supervisors, guards, etc.
• Attend meeting with other managers for operational needs
• Plan and coordinate for specific security events
• Coordinate with staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Investigate & Prepare reports on incidences and security breaches and resolve issues
• MIS reports of Plant security status on daily basis and monthly.
• Registers and records verification and to keep up to date for audit purpose at all the time kept at security office at main gate.
• Preparing for firefighting & first aid trainings to security staff during emergency as per the SOP.
• Headcount at gate during emergency and proper evacuation.
• Liaisoning with local police and security agency
• Security agency agreement and other documents like bio-data, id proof, back ground verification of security staff and contractors documents like PSARA licence, other details to maintain.
• Security staffs attendance verification and to coordinate with agency to fulfill the required manpower
• Post wise report verification from all guards deployed.
• Tracking of night incidences and monitoring of CCTV cameras
• Plant round with surprise frisking and strictly monitoring and stopping gutkha, tobacco, alcohol, etc. inside the plant. Necessary action to be taken by informing contractors, departmental staff, etc.
• Plant shut down process verification and open close system to keep in place.
• Handover takeover of shift changeover to be in place.
