Designation	Head/VP/GM-Operations
Job Description	Support Group Operational Risk Management in analytical work and recurring deliverables such as monitoring and assuring quality of internal and external operational event and issue data, preparing and disclosing control-related behaviour metrics, regular risk updates to Senior Management and Board Ensure central maintenance of Global Risk Register, Global Control Catalogue and Self-Assessment in line with Target Operating model (post Simplify ORM) Provide informative and insightful messaging to increase risk culture awareness and use of risk framework tools and processes Support infrastructure maintenance of ORM tool, including technical administration and user acceptance testing Provide support in relationship management with other stakeholders from RM, BCM, IT, etc.
Desired Profile	Several years of experience working in Re/Insurance companies and/or experience in reporting / analytical functions Strong experience in (re)insurance process management/modeling and control frameworks of a risk management division Good technical and analytical skills (Excel, Visual Basic) in being able to execute, analyze and manipulate large amounts of data Expertise in Governance/Assurance (e.g. ORM, GIA) topics is a plus Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly across different cultures and functions Proficiency in English (written and verbal fluency), Willingness to be flexible in scope of role (for ad hoc requests), Self-starter
