Designation	Head/VP/GM-Finance/Audit
Job Description	Responsible for monthly and annual closing and performing any ad- hoc MIS as required Prepare operating plans/budgeting re-forecasts for the company and preparations of trackers and variances reports in consultation with the CEO Liaise with the banks, legal advisors, external partners, etc Stakeholder management, managing audits, driving internal controls, risk management and compliance Timely preparation, review and presentation of statutory books of accounts, financial statements, annual reports and ensuring conformance to regulatory accounting standards Coach, guide and support finance team for achievement of organizational goals. Supervise all the finance and accounts related matters such as approval of bills for payments, journal entries, Inter-company reconciliations, Fixed Assets accounting, Cash flows, banking, Finalization of accounts, preparation of balance sheet and profit and loss account as per accounting standards Handle payroll related functions such as monthly computation and payment, statutory deductions and payments thereof Ensure operational compliance with all the applicable legal/statutory provisions such as TDS, PF, Service Tax, VAT, etc. Evaluate the need for new technology to meet the organization's financial data processing, control, and reporting requirements
