Designation Operations Manager
Job Description

Preparation of results reports and dashboards, presentation for senior management and leadership team.
Validate the current risk and compliance procedures and identify probable gaps and issues in the existing procedures.
Monitor QC results and other business manufacturing quality reporting/metrics to determine risk trends, actively advise/ approve QC process and policy, and design monitoring routines data/analytics reporting
Manage Operations team and work as a mentor to the team for various business and technical acumen
Manage the individual development and performance management of the employees in the team
Manage onshore and offshore stakeholders for managing process level activities
Work with India leadership team to manage department level initiatives
Conduct routine team meetings
Ensuring timely resolutions of Queries/clarifications

Desired Profile

Graduates or Post-Graduates
12+ years of experience with financial or banking industry
Associate should have an understanding of US Mortgage and brief knowledge about auditing procedure.
Assist with preparation of compliance testing results; communicate findings and recommendations to Onshore Team Leads.
Execute, organize, and prioritize testing in a timely manner ensuring monthly deliverables are achieved while maintaining target accuracy ratios
Good with Data Capturing, Process Documentations, Data Retention; monthly One on Ones, Performance appraisal, updating RSA, ORM etc.
Good understanding of Home loans , consumer banking and US federal laws and regulations.
Proficiency with MS Office suite with strong experience in Excel and Excel VBA or statistical tools like R, Tableau to perform data analytics, pivot tables, lookups and external data source connections.
Strong research, analytic, reasoning and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Experience in completing projects as per deadline.
Excellent People Management skills
Ability to rapidly assess and re-prioritize work
Able to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously while being flexible and responsive to changing environments
Relationship management skills to work across many areas of the organization with the ability to relate to people and work in ad-hoc teams.
Ability to recommend and implement process control improvements.
Strong customer service focus and time management skills
Flexible to shift changes at short notice.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changes

Operational Risk and Compliance experience will be added advantage

Prior Home Loan QC/QA/Testing Experience desirable.
Audit experience a plus
