Job Description | Manager Finance FP&A The purpose of this role is to monitor and support companys financial goals. The role holder will be responsible for the P&L performance, budget management, ensure ROI. In addition, the function will act as the bridge between finance and business, defining, designing and implementing system, policies and reporting mechanism to monitor and drive business performance, working closely with various stakeholders and senior management. The role holder will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across business, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term Planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Responsibilities:: Preparation of MIS and periodic reporting to leadership team. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance and work with the business teams towards improvement of business results. MBA Premium Institutes Preferred. SQL, Cognos/Hyperion/Reporting tool, Microsoft Excel Eligibility Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate business issues in a clear/concise manner. Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change. Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas. Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations. |
