Understand the business requirement, overall project scope and timelines vis-a-vis own deliverables; focus on delivering best service and solutions demonstrating commitment.
Understand the business requirement and context, and apply analytical thinking & techniques to provide a workable solution that makes reporting structure friendly and easily accessible to management.
Build and validate project Business Intelligence & Analytics, establish project governance and produce well-define project plans and identify key milestones. Define success measures/metrics.
Adopt appropriate data mining techniques to streamline the data requirements for Business Consulting, MI and other projects. Analyse information and write key insights to give a complete picture of the story behind results generated in reports.
Work with multiple customers (internal) on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Collaborate and coordinate with other teams to ensure commonality and consistency of solutions
Use extensive automation techniques where possible to reduce on-going report production effort.
Develop strong working relationships with the customer by managing expectations

MBA, Engineering, Bachelors or Masters degree from reputed university in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Finance / Operations Research or other quantitative fields.
5+ years of experience in customer / operations analytics, analytic consulting in banking domain preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, VBA, SAS, SQL, Qlikview & other data visualisation tool
Understanding of various business operations for a bank will be plus
Role requires demonstrated experience Analytics and preferably dealing with distributed and global operations / functions
Ability to learn about new businesses, processes and systems quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work with all levels of personnel; effective interpersonal and influencing skills.
Ability to execute quickly and efficiently; analytical/problem solving capabilities, ability to conceptualize, anticipate future direction and trends.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to balance and handle multiple concurrent tasks and/or issues simultaneously. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a group setting.
Ability to prioritize activities while working under pressure and balance interactions
Should understand and abide by compliance framework for policies, data, systems etc. as per group/ region and local standards
