Job Details

• To map all the Term Sheets for Client's borrowings.
• To prepare consolidated cash flow for entire Client and monitoring the same on monthly basis.
• To interact closely and guide Individual Unit Accountants for preparations of CMA / Cash Flows / Monthly / Quarterly requirement of Banks.
• To interact closely with Lenders for negotiating better terms and conditions.
• To prepare Financial Models for various Fund Raising / Equity raising options.
• To act as single point of contact for potential investors for due diligence exercise related to sale of asset / equity.
• To ensure execution of all banking related documents within due date.
• To prepare Investment Opportunity Teaser / Sales pitch to potential JV Partners / Investors.
• Any other work in Finance and banking domain.

The desired candidate shall be Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from reputed institute.

• The candidate must have cleared the professional exam in first attempt, Aged within 35 -38 years with not less than 8 -10 years of post-qualification experience in real estate / infrastructure industry.
• The candidate must have closed the fund-raising deals of not less than INR 400 Cr.
• Exposure to overseas funding / ECB etc. would be an added advantage. Thorough knowledge of financial model preparation for fund raising is mandatory.
