Designation	Retail Store Manager
Job Description	To be responsible for the effective performance and management of the stores Sales Plan Achievement Responsible for the management of all retail activities, taking overall responsibility for the recruitment, management and support of paid staff and the volunteer workforce. Store KPIs To ensure that stores are operating in the designated area achieve set opex Opex against planned SBP To effectively recruit, induct, lead, manage, train and develop store staff and to ensure the effective management of all retail staff and volunteers and to ensure adequate staffing levels throughout the business. To ensure that all performance issues, and other issues within the shop are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner. Manpower KPI Planning and researching sites for new stores and checking the viability. Coordinating with Real estate agents to assess various sites for new stores pan India Making feasibility reports for store sign off To be responsible for the effective performance and management of the stores
Desired Profile	Prior experience as Retail sales and operations experience for offline stores Prior experience as Retail sales and operations experience for offline stores alongwith business development skills Strong understanding of merchandising fundamentals& cost control fundamentals Experience in store audits, stock keeping and creating effective control processes Advance use of Store POS (Voyager, Shopper etc.) ERP (SAP, Navision etc.), particularly sales and inventory module Strong communication and team management skills Strong business analytical skills Adaptable to business changes & scenarios Efficient Multi-tasking capabilities and partner management skills Resilient temperament to work in high pressure scenarios
