Designation	Operations Manager
Job Description	Monitor, analyse and report transfer pricing on businesses across portfolios and currency. Provide analytical inputs to senior management explaining current performance and future expectations. To assist senior management in executing business strategies in relation to existing and new businesses, performance and profitability decisions etc. Develop good understanding of different portfolios and businesses. Monitoring and reporting of tenor profiling of assets and liabilities of the Group. Adhering to the Risk and Control environment, dynamically evaluate process for new and existing risks. Develop/ improve management of central cost for Group Treasury. Take ownership and responsibility for GFS management deliverable.
Desired Profile	Outstanding academic background in a financial or quantitative degree e.g. actuarial, economics, engineering, mathematics or accounting. 8 - 10 years relevant experience, experience in Balance Sheet Management, Treasury or regulatory reporting will be an advantage. Sound knowledge of the Financial/Banking Services industry, products & Shared Services operating models. Ability to anticipate and identify potential problems and demonstrate a proven track record in solving complex and ambiguous issues. Flexibility, tenacity and the ability to maintain enthusiasm on long-running or complex process re-design initiatives. Ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization. Clear, concise written and verbal communications kills. Strong numerical and abstract reasoning skills. A high degree of comfort in dealing with information technology. Very strong MS Office Skills. Strong team player. High attention to detail.
