Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Work to be performed under general instructions
Managing a team with responsibility for diverse function
Provides with expert opinion and long term strategic plan for departmental work
Responsible for Stakeholder Management including Onsite SPOCs
Focuses on meeting SLA/ Internal KPIs
Identifying of complex issues and provides process improvement plans to Senior Management for making efficient system
Ensuring the FAQs/ SOPs/ Knowledge Database are updated in set frequency
Mentoring and handholding Lower Level HR Operations Executives and planning OJT or upskilling the Employee incase required
Personal involvement in the cases which gets escalated and closing the same on priority
Managing team attrition
New resource planning
Responsible for process automation and audit mechanism

Desired Profile

Desired Profile:
Candidate must have managed Labor compliances in past with the span of 10000 15000 employee base for Pan India employees.
