Roles & Responsibilities:

Support global queries on Indias market practices
Project delivery & support for specific client projects
Liaison with account management team for prompt & efficient service delivery for global accounts

Communication & content creation for clients on various topics like enrollment, administration process, market updates, etc
Content development for employee education on benefits
Liaison with designer(s) to develop materials as per client branding guidelines
Setup & manage various employee surveys on Survey Monkey for our clients

Thought leadership & driving new initiatives internally and with clients
Development of pre sales material to support internal sales teams
Support sales team in prospect presentation & conversion
Liaison with global HQ to pursue prospect opportunity in India

Develop internal newsletters on best practices, market developments and trends
Work with team on various PR activities such as Annual Surveys, Client roundtable, Seminars, Media opportunities, etc.

Employee Benefits & Insurance knowledge, Strong communication skills, Analytics, Collaboration & Team Work. Knowledge of international benefit practices and project management will be added advantage.
