Designation Vice President - Regulatory Reporting
Job Description
  • Oversee the calculation, validation, and reporting of capital adequacy metrics, including Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA), leverage ratios, counterparty credit risk, market risk, settlement risk, and large exposures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory returns, including COREP and Large Exposure reporting, in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory reporting deadlines, maintain supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support capital optimization initiatives through regulatory capital analysis, reporting insights, and coordination with relevant Finance and Risk teams.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
     
Desired Profile
  • Experienced regulatory reporting professional with strong knowledge of Basel III capital adequacy requirements and banking regulations.
  • Knowledge of capital adequacy, RWA, leverage ratios, counterparty credit risk, market risk, and large exposure requirements.
  • Ability to manage complex reporting processes across multiple legal entities and international locations.
  • Proven ability to improve processes, strengthen controls, and implement automation or technology-led enhancements
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Excel VBA/macros.
