Designation Vice President - Commercial Legal
Job Description
  • Lead complex commercial contract negotiations across multiple jurisdictions, including technology, infrastructure, market data, service, real estate, and facilities agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, and other multi-jurisdictional agreements.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments, identify contractual exposures, recommend mitigation measures, and escalate significant matters for appropriate approvals.
  • Advise on applicable regulatory requirements and legal considerations across different jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with regional legal teams, business stakeholders, and external counsel to facilitate effective resolution of complex legal matters.
     
Desired Profile
  • 11–15 years of relevant legal experience, with substantial expertise in commercial contract negotiation and advisory.
  • Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience handling technology, infrastructure, market data, service, real estate, and other commercial agreements.
  • Experience supporting global business operations and collaborating with regional legal teams, senior stakeholders, and external counsel.
