Designation	Vice President - Prime Services Risk & Controls
Job Description	Lead day-to-day Prime Services Risk & Controls activities, supporting business operations across Asia, Europe, and the US. Develop and enhance automated risk-control frameworks, with ownership of end-to-end risk management processes. Drive the development of strategic risk analytics platforms in collaboration with technology teams, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation. Establish effective escalation mechanisms for control exceptions and coordinate with Collateral, Legal, Technology, and other stakeholders to resolve issues. Oversee daily controls covering client setups, reference data, trade bookings, margin, and collateral systems, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
Desired Profile	Minimum 12 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably within Global Markets or financial services. Strong knowledge of Equities, Equity Derivatives, Convertible Bonds, Fixed Income, Repo, Futures, and Options. Sound understanding of risk management concepts, including Value at Risk (VaR), stress testing, and scenario analysis. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of programming or analytics tools such as VBA, SQL, Python, or Power BI. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience in Prime Brokerage, Prime Services, Equity Financing, Treasury, or Global Markets Risk Management.
