Designation Vice President - Equity Derivatives Trade Support
Job Description
  • Lead trade support operations for equity derivatives across the Asia region, ensuring efficient processing, strong controls, and timely resolution of trade-related issues.
  • Manage a large team and coordinate with trading desks, regional operations teams, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Oversee trade validation, trade existence checks, system reconciliations, exception management, and timely closure of outstanding breaks across trading books.
  • Monitor operational risks, exposures, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and control frameworks, ensuring adherence to governance requirements and timely escalation of issues.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, perform trend analysis, and track operational metrics, aged breaks, system issues, and process enhancement
     
Desired Profile
  • 10–15 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or large brokerage firms.
  • Strong knowledge of equity derivatives, structured products, global markets, and the complete trade lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in trade support, operational risk management, reconciliations, exception management, and governance.
  • Demonstrated team management and stakeholder management experience across multiple regions.
  • Working knowledge of Python, Alteryx, and AI tools is preferred.
