Designation Vice President - Program Manager
Job Description
  • Lead projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring clear objectives, milestones, deliverables, resources, timelines, and success measures.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Drive day-to-day execution and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead operating model redesign, process improvement, and technology implementation initiatives.
     
Desired Profile
  • Experienced Project/Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation, operating model redesign, and technology implementation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, governance, risk and issue management, budgeting, and resource coordination.
  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies, business units, and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with change management, process improvement, SOP development, and business requirements is highly desirable
