Designation Vice President Senior Transactions Legal
Job Description
  • Draft, review and negotiate documentation relating to debt and securities issuances, trade confirmations and financial market transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate derivative contracts and related documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Handle documentation related to prime brokerage, FX transactions, structured products and other financial market activities.
  • Review and negotiate agreements with financial institutions, investment funds, institutional investors and other counterparties.
  • Identify and communicate legal, contractual, regulatory and commercial risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide practical and commercially focused legal advice on complex transactional matters.
     
Desired Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial markets, transactions legal, capital markets legal or related legal functions.
  • Strong hands-on experience in trade documentation, debt/securities issuance documentation and financial/derivative contracts.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial and financial agreements.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives, prime brokerage, FX and financial markets documentation.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and transactions across multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
