Designation	Vice President - Trade and Transaction regulatory reporting
Job Description	Manage day-to-day trade repository and regulatory reporting activities, including reporting, exception monitoring, and issue resolution. Act as a key point of contact for operational escalations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of reporting exceptions. Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle across relevant products and asset classes. Monitor reporting processes and identify potential breaks, data quality issues, and operational risks. Support the implementation of technology and system enhancements within the functional area.
Desired Profile	Strong experience in Regulatory Operations, Trade Repository Reporting, Transaction Reporting, or Investment Banking Operations. Good understanding of OTC derivatives and end-to-end trade lifecycle processes. Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements across major global jurisdictions. Experience across one or more asset classes such as Credit, Equities, Rates, FX, or Commodities. Experience working with Front Office and Middle Office systems and processes.
