Designation Head - Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations
Job Description
  • Lead the design, engineering, deployment, and optimization of cybersecurity solutions across enterprise and client environments.
  • Architect and enhance cybersecurity capabilities spanning SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR, Network Security, IAM, OT Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, and Security for AI.
  • Serve as a senior technical authority for cybersecurity architecture, solution design, technology strategy, and complex security incidents.
  • Drive the integration of multiple security technologies into scalable, automated, and cohesive security platforms and services.
  • Establish and implement best practices for security operations, threat detection, incident response, continuous monitoring, and security automation.
     
Desired Profile
  • 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant experience across security engineering and operations.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across multiple cybersecurity technologies, platforms, and security domains.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat landscapes, attack methodologies, and modern security architectures.
  • Strong ability to translate complex cybersecurity challenges into scalable, practical, and technology-driven solutions.
