Designation	Vice President - Regulatory Compliance
Job Description	Lead the governance and oversight of regulatory licences, permissions, registrations, waivers, and entity authorisations across multiple jurisdictions. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory authorisations, including applications, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and regulatory submissions. Develop, implement, and enhance regulatory governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements while identifying and mitigating licensing and regulatory risks. Drive policy reviews, standards refresh, control enhancements, and governance framework improvements.
Desired Profile	10–15+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Licensing, Entity Authorisations, Compliance Governance, or Regulatory Risk within Banking or Financial Services. Strong understanding of global financial services regulations, regulatory licensing, entity authorisations, and cross-border compliance requirements. Experience managing the complete lifecycle of regulatory licences, permissions, registrations, waivers, and regulatory submissions. Proven experience implementing governance frameworks, policies, standards, and control environments aligned with regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of Operational Risk, RCSA, compliance controls, governance forums, and regulatory reporting.
