Designation Vice President - ISDA/ GMRA Master agreements
Job Description
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute financial markets agreements and related legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Negotiate and manage derivatives and securities financing documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes
  • Identify legal, regulatory, and commercial risks within transaction documentation and provide practical recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Support regulatory implementation initiatives and documentation remediation projects.
  • Provide commercially focused legal advice based on legal research, regulatory analysis, and industry best practices.
     
Desired Profile
  • 12–18 years of legal experience within financial services, investment banking, capital markets, or a leading law firm.
  • Extensive experience negotiating and drafting financial markets documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (VM & IM)
  • Strong knowledge of derivatives, securities financing transactions, and collateral documentation.
  • Sound understanding of netting and collateral enforceability opinions.
  • Strong knowledge of global financial regulations, including derivatives and capital markets regulatory frameworks.
