Designation Principal Software Development Engineer
Job Description
  • Define and drive technical strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions across multiple products and platforms.
  • Lead architecture and system design for complex, enterprise-scale applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across engineering teams without direct people management responsibility.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including platform evolution, legacy system transformation, and architectural improvements.
  • Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to assess emerging technologies and architectural approaches.
     
Desired Profile
  • Proven expertise in designing, developing, and operating distributed systems and enterprise software platforms.
  • Experience serving as a technical authority across multiple technologies, products, and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale architecture, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
