Designation	Vice President - Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineering
Job Description	Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and resilient Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise environments. Partner with business, product, architecture, and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Contribute to technology strategy, product roadmaps, and architectural decisions by evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, automation, reliability, and operational efficiency. Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native IAM solutions while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Promote DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation best practices across engineering teams.
Desired Profile	Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. Strong expertise in authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity lifecycle management, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and access policy management. Hands-on experience implementing commercial IAM platforms, including identity governance, access management, directory services, gateway technologies, and identity provisioning. Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, APIs, and microservices architecture.
