Designation Vice President - Finance Digital Transformation & Analytics
Job Description
  • Define and execute the digital transformation strategy for Finance functions, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize finance processes using analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for developing enterprise automation, analytics, and digital solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of dashboards, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Drive process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and End User Computing (EUC) standards across all digital initiatives.
     
Desired Profile
  • 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, finance technology, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise automation within large global organizations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing technology teams and delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes, including financial reporting, controls, treasury, regulatory reporting, management information, and finance operations.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics, automation, AI/ML, and data visualization technologies, along with enterprise data management and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to define digital strategies, drive process transformation, and deliver measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled solutions.
