Designation	Senior Associate Director - Java Engineer
Job Description	Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications and microservices. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes in cloud-native environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and platform capabilities. Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and responsiveness across environments. Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and implement long-term fixes.
Desired Profile	Strong hands-on experience in Java-based application and microservices development. Deep expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms. Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems. Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments. Experience working in large-scale enterprise or financial services environments is preferred.
