Designation Vice President - Site Reliability Engineer
Job Description
  • Design, implement, and operate highly available, fault-tolerant, and auto-scaling systems and services.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization.
  • Lead incident management processes including detection, response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation.
  • Develop automation tools, scripts, and frameworks to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of SRE principles such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and continuous reliability improvement.
     
Desired Profile
  • 12–18+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience designing and operating highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in AWS cloud services, with working knowledge of Azure or GCP considered an advantage.
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and ECS, along with exposure to serverless and microservices architectures.
  • Strong programming and automation skills in Python, Bash, and configuration-as-code tools (YAML/JSON).
