Designation Vice President - Structured Credit Financing & Asset - Backed Lending
Job Description
  • Oversee risk, book management, and lifecycle events across financing transactions, including margin calls, interest payments, exposure calculations, hedging activities.
  • Support management of daily P&L reconciliations, funding reports, and credit risk reporting.
  • Monitor the credit performance of underlying obligors and collateral pools, utilizing internal data sources and analytical tools.
  • Drive automation and optimization of desk processes, reporting frameworks, analytics, and workflow tools.
  • Maintain strong governance standards and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
     
Desired Profile
  • Strong knowledge of structured credit products, including Total Return Swaps (TRS), repo financing, and Asset-Backed Lending (ABL) structures.
  • Experience partnering closely with trading and structuring teams in a front-office or desk-facing environment.
  • Experience supporting structured credit, financing, or securitized products businesses within a global financial institution.
  • Knowledge of bespoke financing solutions and structured lending transactions.
  • Quantitative academic background with exposure to credit or structured finance markets.
