Job Description	Lead high-performing engineering teams to successfully deliver technology initiatives and platform enhancements. Drive execution across project planning, resource allocation, prioritization, delivery timelines, and risk management Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and robust testing methodologies. Continuously improve engineering processes, workflows, and development efficiency. Support risk management, governance, and compliance initiatives across engineering functions.
Desired Profile	Proven experience leading engineering teams in enterprise technology environments. Strong technical expertise in at least one modern programming language, such as Java Experience in web application development and enterprise software delivery. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and engineering KPIs Demonstrated ability to drive long-term technical strategy, prioritization, and execution.
