Designation	Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Asset Management
Job Description	Manage and develop a team supporting Commercial Real Estate portfolio management activities. Oversee credit quality, portfolio performance, and risk management activities for CRE assets. Prepare credit memos, asset review summaries, portfolio monitoring reports, and management updates. Analyze property valuations, operating statements, appraisals, and financial models to support portfolio assessments. Collaborate with business teams, credit officers, risk management, and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Desired Profile	4+ years of experience in US Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management, Credit Risk, or Asset Management. Strong understanding of the US Commercial Real Estate market and lending environment. Experience in CRE asset management, property valuation, and financial analysis. Ability to prepare and review credit memos, portfolio monitoring reports, and asset review summaries. Hands-on experience reviewing appraisals, operating statements, and financial models.
