Designation	Vice President - Full Stack Engineer
Job Description	Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives with broad organizational impact. Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy scalable software solutions and distributed systems. Contribute to enterprise-wide engineering standards, architecture principles, and best practices. Drive architectural and implementation decisions for modern application platforms and AI-enabled solutions. Build and enhance solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
Desired Profile	10+ years of overall software engineering experience with strong expertise in enterprise application development and architecture. Hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies including LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations. Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Angular/React, AJAX, and jQuery. Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, including model training and optimization. Strong understanding of microservices-based distributed architecture and cloud-native application development. Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
