Job Description
  • Provide professional ER advice and guidance on matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and sickness cases
  • Review and draft ER documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Manage and lead complex and sensitive ER cases, including investigations and regulatory-related matters
  • Conduct and support investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain ER policies and procedures aligned with business strategy and regulatory expectations.
Desired Profile
  • Experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Employee Relations (ER)
  • Proven experience managing disciplinary, grievance, capability, and sickness cases
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in designing and delivering ER training and promoting a preventive approach
  • Ability to handle complex, sensitive, and high-risk investigations end-to-end.
