Job Description	Provide professional ER advice and guidance on matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and sickness cases Review and draft ER documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements Manage and lead complex and sensitive ER cases, including investigations and regulatory-related matters Conduct and support investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes Develop, implement, and maintain ER policies and procedures aligned with business strategy and regulatory expectations.
Desired Profile	Experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Employee Relations (ER) Proven experience managing disciplinary, grievance, capability, and sickness cases Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements Experience in designing and delivering ER training and promoting a preventive approach Ability to handle complex, sensitive, and high-risk investigations end-to-end.
