Designation	Vice President - CRM Test Automation Lead
Job Description	Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies and frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with business and technology requirements Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks Lead end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing Lead testing initiatives across CRM platforms, including Siebel and Salesforce
Desired Profile	Strong experience in QA / Test Automation, with proven expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks in enterprise environments Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), and Provar Solid domain expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Siebel and Salesforce (Service Cloud) Proven experience in CRM transformation and migration programs Deep understanding of end-to-end testing lifecycle, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT support
