Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business and enterprise objectives

Develop and drive multi-year roadmaps focused on modernization, scalability, and resilience

Provide technology leadership across macro asset classes including Interest Rates, Foreign Exchange, and Commodities

Lead large-scale transformation programs including platform modernization and cost optimization

Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements

• Strong experience in technology leadership within Capital Markets / Markets Technology, with exposure to macro asset classes such as Rates, Foreign Exchange, and Commodities
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle including pricing, trading, risk management, P&L, settlements, and reporting
• Proven track record of leading large, globally distributed engineering teams and delivering complex technology programs
• Deep expertise in building and managing high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems, including low-latency and distributed architectures
• Hands-on experience with modern technology stacks such as cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and containerization, along with legacy modernization initiatives
• Good understanding of market data platforms, reference data, and external vendor ecosystems
