Job Description
  • Identify, assess, and manage potential risks related to non-compliance, unethical conduct, or regulatory breaches.
  • Lead investigations into alleged violations of laws, regulations, or internal policies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements based on investigation outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to raise awareness of compliance, ethics, and regulatory obligations across the organization.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through strong control frameworks and governance practices.
Desired Profile
  • Extensive experience in compliance, investigations, or risk management, ideally in a regulated or highly controlled environment.
  • Proven track record in leading complex investigations, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance or ethical risks.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, legal obligations, and governance requirements.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs to enhance compliance awareness and ethical conduct.
