Designation Vice President - Derivatives Platform Starts
Job Description
  • Develop and enhance the vanilla and structured products platform, covering product modelling, pricing, order flow, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate closely with traders, sales, financial engineers, technologists, and global Strats teams to onboard new products and enable competitive pricing.
  • Build and improve tools, models, and processes to support derivatives strategies and platform efficiency.
  • Apply strong market understanding and structured products knowledge to support pricing and platform development.
  • Take ownership of key projects with a proactive and self-driven approach.
Desired Profile
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in an investment bank within Derivatives, Strats, Quant, or Front Office Technology roles.
  • Strong domain expertise in Equity Derivatives and Structured Products, including pricing and lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of vanilla and structured products platforms, product modelling, and pricing frameworks.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or C# with strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience in building or supporting derivatives pricing, product onboarding, or trading platforms
