Job Description
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams of experienced engineers and engineering managers delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Ensure all solutions align with enterprise and banking platform architecture standards, including non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, resilience, and performance.
  • nable and guide application migration to target-state architectures and next-generation platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural guidance as needed.
  • Serve as the technical lead for products during cross-team planning and execution.
  • Ensure technology solutions meet enterprise risk, security, and compliance standards.

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java, Python, or .NET
