Job Description	Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations Lead and contribute to performance improvement and optimisation initiatives across the organisation. Manage resources, budgets, policies, and processes while ensuring compliance and escalating issues where required. Use data and management information to uncover capacity opportunities and drive operational improvements. For individual contributor roles: serve as a subject matter expert, lead complex multi-year initiatives, mentor team members, and influence long-term strategic decisions.
Desired Profile	Strong expertise in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or Java. Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Alteryx, Apache NiFi, Airflow). Solid understanding of data modelling principles and data warehousing concepts. Proficiency in working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or SAP HANA.
