Drive business readiness by assessing impacts, developing readiness plans, and ensuring smooth transition to BAU. Identify risks, manage resistance to change, and embed best-practice governance. Provide leadership, coaching, and support through large- and small-scale change programmes.
Desired Profile	Extensive experience in Transformation, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement. Proven success delivering complex change across global or matrix organisations. Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation. Financial services and/or AML lifecycle experience (preferred).
