Designation	Associate Director - Chief of Staff
Job Description	Accountable for programming and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, including contributing to the ideation and development of new business cases Support the formulation of strategic business initiatives, guiding them from initial development through to successful execution. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights, support strategy development, and establish and provide key performance metrics. Act as the primary liaison between senior business leaders, the COO’s office, and the OC on DESIS initiatives, including milestones, project updates, proposals, and strategic planning.
Desired Profile	Minimum 15 years of work experience in a business or executive management role The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a Chief of Staff and/or business management role, with a strong emphasis on advising executive leadership, driving cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing operational management. Candidate should be able to work independently and be result- oriented, solution centric.
