Job Description	Conduct analysis of newly executed incentive contract terms to evaluate contractual obligations and determine the appropriate accounting treatment In-depth understanding of system tools and operational processes to provide hands-on support Supervise contra-revenue accounting entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial performance analysis, and preparation of both internal and external reports. Lead a team of over 50 team members who are fully accountable for managing and supporting assigned client incentive agreements globally
Desired Profile	Extensive experience of progressive financial control Strong understanding of international accounting standards. Track record in driving simplification, standardization and continuous improvement of existing processes
